Chocolate Ice Cream

Quantity Measure Ingredient
125 g chocolate powder
250 g castor sugar
125 g brown sugar
250 g milk
200 g double cream
200 g thickened cream
12 tbsp coffee essence
12 tbsp vanilla essence
1 pinch salt
1 whole egg yolk


  • Place all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.

  • Wait 4 - 8 hours while the mixtures cools in the fridge / freezer.

  • Toss into your ice cream machine and follow it’s instructions.
