Roasted Red Pepper Vinegar Sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Measure Ingredient
34 cup roasted red peppers
2 whole mild chilli peppers
2 cloves garlic
2 whole anchovie fillets
1 sprig rosemary
12 tsp salt
18 tsp black pepper
24 cup water
13 cup olive oil
2 tbs white wine vinegar
2 tbs chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  • Blend in a food processor.

  • Place into a bowl and whisk in the olive oil and chopped parsley.
